The Use of the Following Terms in Company Names Is Prohibited

1. Names associated with royalty or royal members, such as "Royal," "King," "Queen," "Prince," "Princess," "Crown," "Regent," or "Imperial."
2. Names related to state or federal government departments, statutory bodies, authorities, government agencies, or any municipal or other local authorities. Examples include names containing "FEDERAL," "STATE," "CYBER," or "NATIONAL."
3. Names indicating affiliation with any ASEAN, Commonwealth, foreign government, the United Nations, or any other international organization, such as "ASEAN," "UNESCO," "NATO," "EEC," or "OPEC."
4. Particularly sensitive words like "Bank," "Banker," "Banking," "Bumiputra," "Bureau," "Chamber of Commerce and Industry," "Chamber of Manufacturers," "Chartered," "College," "Consumer," "Council," "Credit," "Exchange," "Executor," "Fair Price," "Finance," "Foundation," "Fund," "Guarantee," "Institute," "Insurance," "Investment," "Leasing," "Made in Malaysia," "Prime," "Registry," "Treasury," "Trust," "Unit Trust," "University," and others.
5. Names associated with political parties, societies, unions, cooperatives, or building associations.
6. Names that may mislead regarding the company's identity, nature, purpose, or any other way.
7. Names that may blaspheme deities or be offensive to the public.
8. Translations of names already registered under company laws or foreign company names that may resemble or be mistaken for names of companies registered under the law.
9. Names that may resemble those reserved or about to be changed by other new companies or foreign companies, or names similar to those of companies seeking to change their registered names.
