Account Associate

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly management reporting to client to ensure accounting integrity. This includes identifying & posting relevant journal entries, accounts, and bank reconciliations.
  • Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports to comply with the clients’ policies and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborating with these teams to work on various accounting projects.
  • Prepare financial reports, schedules for management review, and other ad hoc reports.
  • Interact with clients to gather information.
  • Completing the assigned tasks within the given deadline.

Requirement

  • Minimum 1 year experience.
  • Possess at least a diploma in accounting or equivalent.
  • Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • Experienced in AutoCount, SQL, and Xero will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a motivated and energetic team.
  • Meticulous and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.

Personal Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Proactively remind the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings, optimizing the Managing Director's time effectively.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and ensure all relevant materials are prepared in advance of meetings.
  • Ensure all internal and external documents are managed efficiently and properly recorded.
  • Conduct research and compile reports as needed to assist the Managing Director in decision-making.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirement

  • Must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, with a demonstrated ability to handle diverse responsibilities.
  • Must be proficient in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin/English-speaking clients.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willing to learn.

Tax Semi-Senior

Responsibilities

  • Able to carry out tasks assigned expeditiously with minimum supervision, work independently and in a team, including timely completion of the assignment.
  • Ensure all tax compliance requirements are met on a timely basis.
  • Liaising with the tax authorities on tax matters.

Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of experience or above in tax industry.
  • Knowledge of Taxation.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • Meticulous and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Have own transport.
  • Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • Chinese/Malay is preferable.

Corporate Secretary Junior

Responsibilities

  • Able to carry out tasks assigned expeditiously with minimum supervision, work independently and in a team, including timely completion of the assignment.
  • Responsible in the timely preparation of AGM Reminders / Documents, Annual Returns, Drafting of Statutory Forms and Documents e.g., Directors’/Members’ Resolutions.
  • To ensure best practice of corporate governance and compliance with statutory/regulatory requirement.
  • To ensure that all clients’ documents/records are properly filed in the statutory records at all times and to perform proper housekeeping of clients’ records.

Requirement

  • Must have at least 1-2 years relevant working experience in corporate secretarial.
  • Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • Must possess good communications skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Secretarial software, MYCOID, MBRS, MYDATA, e-Info is preferable.
  • Well-versed with Companies Ac, 2016 and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Responsible to special tasks and projects assigned from time to time.
  • Meticulous and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
