Employer’s responsibilities - EIS contribution

The Employment Insurance System (EIS) in Malaysia is a social security scheme designed to offer financial assistance and support to workers who lose their jobs.

Both employers and employees are obligated to contribute 0.2% of the employee's salary each, resulting in a total contribution of 0.4% of the employee's monthly salary.
