The process of recruitment involves several key steps, and there are some necessary documents required to compile when onboarding a new staff:

Post-employment	- Banking detail	- Confirmation of employment - Form CP22* - Monthly Payslip - Yearly Form EA

1) Q: what are CP21, CP22, CP22A, and CP22B? How should I submit the Form?

A: The form must be duly filled out and submitted within 30 days from the start or cessation of employment by using below different type of form:

CP22	Notification of New Employee (Refer: https://phl.hasil.gov.my/pdf/pdfborang/CP22_Pin.1_2021.pdf)
CP22A	Tax Clearance Form for Cessation of Employment of Private Sector Employees (Refer: https://phl.hasil.gov.my/pdf/pdfborang/CP22A_Pin.1_2021.pdf)
CP22B	Tax Clearance Form for Cessation of Employment of Public Sector Employees (Refer: https://phl.hasil.gov.my/pdf/pdfborang/CP22B_Pin.1_2021.pdf)

Submissions can be made either in person or by post. Notably, online submissions are accepted exclusively for CP21, CP22A, and CP22B through the LHDN e-SPC platform as outlined below:

Step 1: Login company MyTax ID
Step 2: Select e-SPC
Step 3: Key in employer number
Step 4: Select Form -> fill in the detail -> update -> completed
